The Guidelines:
There are 5 easy guidelines in reporting a bug
1. Please be descriptive in your post title. Do not just type "Bug" or "Found Bug". Be descriptive. Titles like "bug when posting in xxx forum" is better.
2. Provide something like screenies. This may help us more in identifying the problem. Or
3. Provide the steps you took that led to the problem.
4. If possible, provide these infos:
a. OS (Windows XP, Vista, etc.)
b. Browser(Firefox, I.E., etc)and
c. Antivirus software
5. Lastly, have other test it. See if they also experienced it or not.

Following these guidelines can solve the problem faster.
